ENROLL NOWThe total your household pays each year toward eligible medical bills before additional expenses become eligible for sharing with the member community. Choose from four options to find the level that best fits your needs and budget.
After your annual PRA is met, eligible medical bills are shared by the community at 90%. You’re responsible for the remaining 10%, called your co-share, up to a maximum of $5,000 per household each year.
If anyone on your program qualifies, an additional $125 will be added to your Monthly Share.
Members who use tobacco or vape will pay a $50 monthly Tobacco Assessment fee.

Wellness Rewards are per household and applied to reducing your annual household responsibility amount. Not applicable for the Senior program.

For Seniors 65 and older, Impact works alongside Medicare Parts A & B to help fill the gaps that Medicare allows but does not fully pay.
